About This

• Safe & Natural Bedding: Our 14 OZ sphagnum moss for reptile is made from 100% natural forest moss, this organic moss contains no dyes or artificial additives to mimic the natural environment and provide a feeling closer to the animal's native habitat. Whether used as bedding, nesting material or humidity hide substrate, it provides the most natural and healthy environment for reptiles.
• Moisture Control & Ventilation: Moss for reptiles has loose fibers that allow the habitat to be ventilated, maintaining optimal humidity in reptile habitats, naturally absorbing and slowly releasing moisture to promote hydration, molting and respiration. Moss for terrarium is soft and fluffy, especially for species that like to dig or hide. It provides a comfortable, constant environment for reptiles and adds diversity to the habitat space.
• Absorb Odors: Sphagnum moss for reptile acts as a natural "deodorant sponge." Its porous fiber structure quickly absorbs and neutralizes odors, keeping reptiles habitat fresher and more comfortable. Whether the odor comes from feces or food residue, the moss absorbent properties help reduce cleaning effort and maintain freshness for a long time.
• Easy To Use: Our dried sphagnum moss is compressed into small brick. Take an appropriate amount and soak it in warm water for about 10-15 minutes, squeeze out excess water (moist but not dripping) and spread evenly over the bottom of the container or habitat. For reptiles that need higher humidity, spray some water on the terrarium moss to keep it moist. Regularly check the bedding for dirt, clean and replace any contaminated parts.
• Wide Applications: Our reptile moss is suitable for a wide range of reptiles, amphibians and small pets such as frogs, lizards, geckos, chameleons, snakes, ball pythons, turtles, salamanders, and toads and other pets that require high humidity. It is also ideal as bedding for small animals such as hamsters and hedgehogs. In addition, it is suitable for horticultural uses such as substrate for growing orchids and plants.
